Technical graduation (eg. Electronic, Ict, Automation), bachelor degree in Ict or automation engineer with an excellent curriculum studiorum;
Excellent communicational and organizational skills;
Candidate with a high personal profile, vertical, fully operative;
Coherent and homogeneous professional path;
Transparent, dynamic, plain character;
Attitude to be focused on goals, and to work in short times and under hard pressure;
Motivated, determined, mature, autonomous, problem solver, highly proactive;
Good knowledge of English (at least B2), written and spoken;
Excellent knowledge of industrial networks, such as Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet / IP, etc. as well as industrial automation in general (PLC, Scada, drives, etc.).
Full PC literacy (spreadsheets, word processor, email, home office);
High availability is therefore required for transfers, mainly in northern Italy and occasionally in Germany, even for several consecutive days.

Job description:

The selected candidate will autonomously perform the following activities:

 Analyzes application and performance data of the customer.
 Utilizes engineering tools and softwares to provide new solutions to the customer or optimization of existing solutions.
 Performs technical and support activities at the customer's site.
 Supports sales activities and prepares accurate solution proposals with cost/performance analysis.
 He's constantly updates on industrial automation and competition issues.
 Applies project management fundamentals and concepts with management guidance.
 Develops progress reports, meeting minutes, and field communication memos for management review.
 Participates in Control Self Monitoring (CSM) and/or Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) process within area of responsibility.
 Manages the relationship with customers, with a “cross selling” approach.
 Establishes, in support to the management, and maintains relationships with third parties/suppliers.
