IQM selezione began its operations in January 2005. The founding of the company was the crowning achievement after years of hard work, during which IQM consultants gathered relevant experience in company environments and developed and consolidated their competence in the field of human resources.
Stefano Bonzi, the founder of the company, graduated from the Economics Department of the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. After a number of years spent in small and medium-sized business environments, he assumed the position of financial controller in several notable companies, including Giorgio Armani and Banca Intesa. Since 2001 he has been working as a human resource search and selection consultant, specializing in finance and administration.
